Questo vino è caratterizzato da armonia ed equilibrio, sia al naso che in bocca. Gli acini, dopo la vendemmia, vinificano in rosso, macerando per circa 20 giorni; si procede dunque con l’affinamento, svolto dapprima per 12 mesi in barrique, e poi, dopo l’imbottigliamento, per altri 3 mesi direttamente in vetro.
