Ferrandes, sicilia (Isola di Pantelleria)
La tecnica di produzione è quella tradizionale. Le uve convenientemente appassite al sole per 8-15 gg., negli appositi stenditoi a ridosso dei muri in pietra lavica, vengono ammostate e fatte fermentare in piccole vasche nell‘antica cantina (dammuso spagnolo del 1600) di vinificazione ed affinamento.
